Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data across enterprise systems supporting capital programs and facilities operations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain data across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business rules.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support project tracking, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations, and IT teams) to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.
• Support integration and validation of data across systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, and governance practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and reporting processes.

• Experience in data management, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong skills in SQL, reporting tools, or dashboarding platforms (e.g., BI tools).
• Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.
• Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
