This position is a key member of the
** Operations Business Delivery team**, dedicated to supporting the
** ESS Alternative Ventures & Emerging Markets planning unit**. Our team plays a critical role in enabling business success by leveraging digital and data capabilities, streamlining operational processes, and delivering exceptional customer support.

This role will leverage Nationwide-approved emerging technologies, AI, and Microsoft tools to build and maintain incremental, quick-win solutions that deliver value to the business faster.
** Preferred candidates will have demonstrate:
*** Experience building and maintaining functional Microsoft Power Apps solutions and Microsoft Power BI reports.
* Experience designing, building, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites for internal and external users.
* Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into Microsoft Power Automate workflows and new tools that support the business.
* Ability to serve as an AI change champion, focused on creative, compliant uses of AI to solve everyday business problems.
* Experience working with SQL Server databases (preferred).
* Experience with UX design (preferred).
