Job Description
This junior data analyst will support a large-scale EPIC system migration by assisting with data analysis and cleanup efforts related to duplicate patient accounts. In environments with millions of patient records, duplicate accounts are commonly created during online scheduling and registration processes. This individual will focus heavily on reviewing, validating, and merging duplicate records to ensure data accuracy and integrity across EPIC and related systems.
The role also supports EPIC report migration efforts and requires consistent execution of clearly defined, repetitive tasks. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, patience, and comfort working through high volumes of data in a structured healthcare environment.

- Basic experience or coursework in data analysis, healthcare systems, or information systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently review and validate large volumes of data
- Comfort performing repetitive, rules‑based tasks with accuracy over long periods of time
