Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Help Desk Technician to support IT-related incidents and requests for corporate users, retail stores, and distribution centers. The role includes managing tickets through Service Now, troubleshooting POS and hardware issues, and providing support via Microsoft Teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a Help Desk environment, experience in retail IT, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
