Position: Deployment Strategist: Drive Enterprise Adoption (Hybrid/Remote)
Location: Germany

Intro

Deployment Strategists sit alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers and LCA Consultants inside customer organisations. While our technical teams build the solution, you ensure it lands. You own the human layer of every deployment - translating carbmee EIS™ capabilities into outcomes that resonate with procurement directors, CFOs, supply chain leads, and sustainability officers, and ensuring that every implementation gains the adoption and organisational commitment it needs to drive real change.

Our customers - including ZF Group, Galp, Maersk, and Anglo American - are deploying carbmee EIS™ in mission-critical, regulatory-driven environments. The Deployment Strategist is a key reason those deployments succeed.

Your tasks
  • Own stakeholder alignment and change management across complex, multi-function enterprise deployments of carbmee EIS™ - from kickoff through to full adoption.

  • Engage directly with customer executives, sustainability leads, and operational teams to understand their priorities, surface decision blockers, and maintain deployment momentum.

  • Define and own the strategic narrative for each deployment: the value story, the adoption roadmap, and the success metrics for each key stakeholder group.

  • Work embedded at customer sites alongside FDEs, LCA Consultants, and Data & AI Consultants to ensure technical solutions address the right business problems.

  • Design and execute adoption strategies that drive active platform usage across procurement, finance, R&D, and sustainability functions.

  • Translate complex technical and scientific outputs - carbon footprints, Scope 3 analyses, CSRD datasets - into compelling executive communications, board-level reporting, and regulatory submissions.

  • Project-manage your workstream within broader customer deployments: track progress, flag risks, and keep delivery moving.

  • Feed strategic and organisational insights back to carbmee's product, sales, and leadership teams to sharpen positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Customer Value

As a Deployment Strategist, you are what turns a technically successful deployment into one that an organisation actually adopts and values. You will:
  • Accelerate adoption by ensuring every stakeholder - from the sustainability analyst to the board - understands the value of carbmee EIS™ and is committed to making it work.

  • Reduce deployment risk by aligning decision-makers early, surfacing organisational resistance before it becomes a blocker, and maintaining trust throughout the project.

  • Enable measurable business outcomes by ensuring that technical solutions are connected to the KPIs, reporting cycles, and strategic priorities that matter most to each customer.

  • Build the long-term customer relationships that turn a successful first deployment into an expanded, multi-year partnership.

Accelerate adoption by ensuring every stakeholder - from the sustainability analyst to the board - understands the value of carbmee EIS™ and is committed to making it work

  • You are the bridge between technology and business value - ensuring every carbmee deployment not only works, but truly matters.

Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software deployment, customer success, or a senior B2B stakeholder management role.

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills - you can align a room of sceptical executives as effectively as you can brief an engineering team.

  • Structured thinking and strong analytical foundations - comfortable with data, frameworks, and rigorous problem-solving in ambiguous situations.

  • Proven ability to drive adoption and change in complex organisational environments - you know how to bring people along, not just deliver a system.

  • Understanding of sustainability regulation - CSRD, CBAM, GHG Protocol- or supply chain and procurement processes is a strong plus.

  • Fluency in English;
    German is a plus.

  • Passion for sustainability - motivated by the idea that the work you do will directly accelerate real-world decarbonization at global scale.

  • Based in Berlin or Munich (hybrid setup), with willingness to travel to customer sites
