SUMMARYThe Technical Project Manager (TPM), will oversee complex software delivery projects from inception to deployment, ensuring a seamless client experience while driving time and resource efficiencies. As a pivotal member of the Product & Technology Practice, The Technical Project Manager will guide collaboration among stakeholders to enhance project outcomes while mitigating risks.
KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Outcome:Manage projects, acting as Scrum Master, and ensure project and delivery metrics are being met
- Lead and manage all aspects of software delivery projects to ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are all met.
- Act as a liaison between development team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
Allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks and issues within projects
- Collaborate with functional leads to allocate resources effectively and manage project scope.
- Identify and elevate risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Participate in forecasting, resource planning, and scoping for projects and requests within the product portfolio.
Ensure and foster collaboration & engagement across project and functional teams
- Serve as a communication hub, facilitating connections between all team members and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Lead formal team status meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilize project management tools to drive process improvement and efficiency across the portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software project management experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results on time and within scope.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products.
