Agile Coach

Join our team as an Agile Coach and play a pivotal role in driving Agile transformation across our organization. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams, enhancing their effectiveness and fostering continuous improvement.

• Provide expert coaching and support to teams, leaders, and product delivery organizations in Agile methodologies.
• Guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams to enhance team effectiveness and Agile maturity.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the standardization of Agile practices, workflows, and metrics across the organization.
• Identify and address delivery risks and organizational impediments, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote Agile transformation goals.
• Drive improvements in delivery predictability, transparency, and team collaboration.

• Proven experience in Agile coaching and transformation support.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve organizational impediments.
• Experience in guiding teams towards continuous improvement.

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and portfolio coordination.
• Background in leading cross-functional collaboration activities.
• Familiarity with Agile maturity initiatives and metrics.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. The pay range for this role is $41 - $78 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
