Subject7 is a fast-growing enterprise software company delivering a cloud-based, no-code test automation platform used by large organizations to scale end-to-end testing without heavy scripting or maintenance. Our customers operate complex QA and Dev Ops environments and rely on Subject7 to simplify testing workflows, integrate into CI/CD pipelines, and accelerate software delivery.
We are hiring an Account Executive to support enterprise sales engagements and help expand our presence across both mid-market and enterprise organizations. This is a highly customer-facing, sales role working closely with Product and Engineering to drive new revenue opportunities and support complex sales cycles.
Role OverviewThis role is focused on engaging directly with enterprise prospects to understand complex testing and Dev Ops challenges and demonstrate how Subject7 fits into real-world environments. You will lead live product demonstrations, run technical discovery sessions, and deliver POCs (Proof of Concept) that reflect customer-specific workflows and technical requirements.
In addition to supporting enterprise sales engagements, this role will contribute to pipeline development by partnering with other account executives on targeted outreach, qualification, and deal progression. Typical deal sizes average around $60K ACV, with opportunities ranging from SMB through large enterprise organizations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences, can clearly explain complex systems, and is confident in adapting in real time during demos and customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead live product demonstrations for enterprise prospects, including complex automation and CI/CD workflows
- Run technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and qualify solution fit
- Design and execute tailored proofs of concept aligned to customer use cases and technical infrastructure
- Translate technical requirements into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to support pipeline development, deal strategy, and closing activities
- Address technical questions and objections throughout the enterprise SaaS sales cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and improve product positioning
- Maintain and continuously improve demo environments, technical documentation, and solution materials
- Three or more years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Account Executive
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Dev Ops practices
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD environments
- Proven experience delivering technical product demonstrations that support revenue generation
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to technical problem solving
- Background in QA, test automation, or developer tooling
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience supporting deal cycles with ACVs in the $50K+ range
- Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, or governance requirements
