WHATWE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on a part-time or stage basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy.
Requirements- University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
- Strong passion for IT and system administration
- System Administration
- Windows Server
- Networking
- NAT / NAT forwarding
- Firewall configuration
- VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
- Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
- Apache
- MySQL
- PHP
- (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
- First and second-level IT support
- Technical backoffice and ticket management
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
- Support in managing network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
- Supporting server and backend service management
- Part-time or stage contract
- No on-call duty and no shift work
- Dynamic and growth-oriented technical environment
- Training and mentoring opportunities in system administration and networking
