Founded in Santa Barbara in 1999, USDM has grown to a progressive, global company with 300+ remote employees and offices throughout the US, Canada, and Germany.

We are looking for a local, business-facing Service Now resource who can operate hands‑on in the platform while working closely with stakeholders across the business. This person should be able to capture requirements, translate them into practical Service Now configuration and workflow updates, support post‑go‑live stabilization and adoption, and help build internal capability within the client’s team.

• Hands‑on Service Now configuration and administration capability — not just business analysis or project coordination.
• Ability to translate business needs into actual platform updates, workflow changes, and system configuration.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and comfort working with non‑technical business users.
• Experience in post‑go‑live stabilization, issue triage, process refinement, and adoption support.
• Ability to help build internal Service Now knowledge and reduce long‑term dependency on outside support.
• Local or regularly on‑site availability

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required

• Experience supporting new department onboarding into Service Now, especially operational groups beyond core IT.
• Experience improving training, enablement, dashboards, and queue visibility for fulfillers and support teams.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment where change control, governance, and internal capability‑building matter.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred
