Network Automation Engineer Latin America

Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced Network Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure workflow automation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing Slack Bots, integrating alerting and monitoring systems, and performing ongoing network maintenance.

Please note: you must have at least 3+ years of experience in network automation to be considered for this role.

• Workflow Automation & Integrations — Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure workflow automations.
• Manage alerting and monitoring integrations to ensure continuous network visibility, reliability, and swift issue resolution.
• Automation Maintenance & Management — Oversee the ongoing maintenance of over 100 established automations, utilizing tools such as rewst.io and blinkops.
• Perform routine network maintenance to ensure infrastructure stability and performance.
• Slack Bots Development — Build, deploy, and maintain Slack Bots to streamline network operations, automated responses, and team communications.

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network automation, network engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building and managing workflow automation, alerting, and monitoring integrations.
• Direct experience maintaining extensive automation deployments, specifically using rewst.io and blinkops.
• Proven ability to design and maintain Slack Bots for operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Have solid written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive work attitude.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
