IT: ADP, Inc. seeks a Global View Lead Application Services Consultant reporting to our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities include supporting global SAP Success Factors clients and maintaining system activities. Telecommuting is permitted.
ResponsibilitiesProvide global SAP Success Factors client technical support and system maintenance activities.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency working with CRM tools.
- Consultancy skills for global HR best practices.
- Experience implementing SAP Success Factors with SAP Success Factors BIZX Steps.
- Knowledge of global HCM processes and procedures.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals module.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors Data Modeling.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors Data Migration, Content Load and SAP Success Factors LMS module.
- Ability to create custom reports for SAP Success Factors.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors Succession module.
- Scrum Master certification required.
Annual base salary range: $150,550 – $206,700. Benefits are listed at
