Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist; Billing & Claims

• Review and approve assessments and associated documentation for payout and billing.
• Review claims information for accuracy.
• Enter remittance information into the system.
• Submit appeals and corrections for claims issues.
• Manage claims to ensure timely payout.

• Documented combination of skills/relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Adobe PDF editor, data entry, keyboarding/typing, and data processing.
• Experience with claims submission and processing, claims appeals, authorization submission, and appeals.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving, time-management, communication, and adaptability.
• Private home workspace with a computer and stable/secure internet.
• Understanding of information security and HIPAA.
• Submittable to a criminal background check.
• Two references required.
• Must be able to work normal business hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.
