Remote Scrum Master - Agile Leader Hybrid OT Teams

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position with a client located in San Antonio, TX, Findlay, OH, or Remote. Candidates must have strong Agile experience along with prior Waterfall project management experience to be considered for this role. This individual will lead Agile ceremonies, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will also work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and remove impediments for delivery teams.

Pay Range: $55/hr – $65/hr Hourly rate may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Guide teams in Agile best practices while supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress while driving continuous improvement
• Track and report on team performance metrics and project status

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Strong Agile experience required; prior Waterfall project management experience required
• Previous Oil & Gas industry experience required
• Operational Technology (OT) experience is a plus
