Remote ServiceNow Developer — Infrastructure

This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a Wes Banco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

The Developer position is part of the Service Now group in the Information Technology department. The Developer’s role is to build and support the organization’s applications specifically on the Service Now platform. This includes designing, building, and implementing new applications; integrating apps with back‑end databases and performing day‑to‑day administration of the organization’s Service Now application portfolio.

• Develops, codes, installs, tests, debugs, and documents applications.
• Works on development projects related to Service Now.
• Participates in setting organizational development strategy.
• Identifies, recommends, and prioritizes new features and applications in conjunction with business leaders and department managers.
• Develops and communicates application/site usage and security policies.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with existing applications and sites.
• Ensures security of all web sites and related applications.

• Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

• Associate’s degree in the field of computer science and/or a minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Service Now.
• Certification in Service Now or equivalent experience required.
