Digital Marketing Manager

Lead our digital marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy to execution, driving measurable results across paid, organic, and social channels for our eCommerce clients.

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels for multiple clients.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok with measurable ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align organic and paid strategies.
• Manage client relationships, provide regular performance reporting, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging channels relevant to eCommerce.

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in eCommerce.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Excellent project management and client communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
