Manager – Digital Finance Transformation

To strengthen our Digital Finance team, we are looking for an experienced consultant with a strong SAP S/4

HANA background to guide our clients in the telecommunications industry through complex transformation projects – from requirements to testing.

• Supporting the business departments (Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, Sales) throughout the SAP transformation – functionally, conceptually, and operationally
• Analysis of existing processes in the legacy system, definition of requirements, and design of target processes
• Taking over partial project management roles and conducting workshops
• Close collaboration with the implementation partner and high visibility as a trusted advisor
• Independent communication with business departments and translation between business and IT
• Coaching and mentoring our junior consultants as well as actively developing our finance team

• Master’s degree in a STEM field or in business/economics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance consulting or in-house finance with a strong SAP focus
• SAP knowledge and certifications, ideally in an S/4
  
  HANA context, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management
• Hands-on experience in S/4
  
  HANA projects (implementation, rollout, conversion, or template)
• Business-fluent German and English (at least C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a minimum collective agreement salary of €4,198 gross per month applies. However, we are willing to offer a significant over payment.
