We are seeking a Business Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our enterprise application ecosystem, including Salesforce, Net Suite, Boomi, and a new Billing/Subscription Management platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, process alignment, and system scalability across our business landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration strategies, and business process design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how systems interact, ensure data integrity, and support business growth through scalable and efficient technology solutions.

This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $119,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible.

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce, Net Suite, Boomi, and the billing/subscription platform.
• Design and document system interactions, data flows, and integration points to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and align systems with business objectives.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to support evolving business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across systems through robust architecture and integration practices.
• Mentor and guide development and operations teams on best practices for system integration and architecture.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM Platforms (Sales/Service/CPQ) and Net Suite ERP architecture and customization.
• Strong expertise in Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms for system integration.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, or similar) and understanding of recurring revenue models.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and system interoperability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce and/or Net Suite certifications.
• Experience with data warehousing, reporting platforms, or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in finance, billing, or revenue operations is a plus.
