We're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on product thinking to help shape the next generation of online learning experiences.

This role is designed for someone who owns problems end-to-end, proposes thoughtful solutions, iterates quickly based on feedback, and partners closely with leadership to influence product direction. You'll work on digital products used by millions of learners and educators every day.

What You'll Do

• Own design work from discovery > delivery > iteration
• Turn complex learning needs into simple, elegant, and engaging experiences
• Use research data and intuition to guide decisions
• Collaborate closely with product engineering and leadership to shape strategy
• Prototype test and refine ideas in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years designing web or mobile products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, iteration, and decision-making
• Experience designing systems and end-to-end flows, not just screens
• Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs
• Experience or genuine interest in educational learning tools or consumer products
