Position: Content Upload Specialist (WFH)
Location: St. Louis

As a Content Upload Specialist (CMS Management) at Think Tank, you will play a key role in managing, updating, and publishing digital content across websites and online platforms. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, SEO, and account management teams to ensure all website content is accurate, visually consistent, optimized, and published on schedule.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Word Press, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, deadline‑driven, and passionate about maintaining high‑quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Upload, format, and publish website content using CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, Webflow, or Drupal.
  • Maintain and update website pages, blog posts, landing pages, images, videos, and downloadable assets.
  • Ensure all uploaded content follows brand guidelines, formatting standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers to execute content updates accurately and on time.
  • Perform routine quality assurance checks to identify broken links, formatting inconsistencies, spelling errors, or outdated information.
  • Optimize uploaded content with metadata, tags, alt text, and internal linking strategies.
  • Schedule and manage content publishing calendars.
  • Assist with website migrations, content organization, and CMS cleanup projects.
  • Monitor website functionality and escalation technical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed uploads, revisions, and project timelines using project management tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Trello.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives through proper content structuring and page optimization.
  • Ensure all content is mobile‑friendly and visually consistent across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with the Interactive and Creative teams on digital campaigns and website enhancements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, or Drupal.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with image formatting and basic graphic editing tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prior agency or digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field preferred.
