Glint Tech Solutions is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise analytics initiatives focused on Medicare Advantage Stars and Risk Adjustment programs. This primarily remote role requires 2–3 onsite visits per month to Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a healthcare payor environment and strong expertise in CMS Federal Healthcare programs.
The responsibilities include data analysis, developing visualizations, and collaborating with business leaders and IT. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
