Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions. Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required)
• Experience with system implementations
• Experience with PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
• Experience with Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
• Experience with JIRA (task and defect management)
• Experience with concise presentations
• Experience with Entry/Exit ORT criteria
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities:

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work streams
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
• Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
