Operations Excellence & BI Analyst

Overview

Brunswick is a global marine leader focused on innovation in marine recreation. The Operational Excellence & BI Analyst role supports the organization across EMEA (including Lankhorst) by leading improvement projects and delivering business intelligence solutions.

• Lead or contribute to small‑to‑medium improvement projects – from initiation through controlled solution delivery, including requirements collection, testing, hand‑over, and hyper‑care.
• Document current processes, identify gaps, propose improvements, and create detailed project schedules.
• Develop and execute test plans, train key users, and resolve issues to ensure change adoption.
• Prepare communication materials and present project updates to stakeholders at various levels.
• Act as a change ambassador by identifying opportunities for simplification and lean processes across departments.
• Manage Power BI analytics, developing dashboards and reports that provide 360° KPI insights against budget, trends, and performance drivers.
• Automate reporting and KPI measurement to enhance operational efficiency and data‑driven decision making.
• Conduct scenario modelling, root‑cause analysis, and present actionable findings to senior management.
• Ensure data consistency and availability, coordinate with IT to close gaps, and perform regular audits of the BI platform.
• Maintain user access control and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute positively to the team culture of continuous improvement and collective success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Green Belt certification or knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and French.
• Experience with large datasets, relational databases, SQL, AS400, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI.
• Proactive problem‑solver who drives initiatives independently and collaborates across functions.

• Data analysis and problem‑solving expertise.
• Project management and knowledge of project lifecycle.
• Time‑management, organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Capacity to work under stress and in a fast‑moving environment.

Salary range: €64,500 – €82,000, paid in 13.92 instalments. Additional benefits include:
