PMX Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Present solutions to stakeholders, including non‑technical audiences, and solicit constructive feedback.
• Convert client data using SQL and ETL tools, and migrate client databases to MRI Cloud.
• Create reports with both MRI Toolkit and SSRS reporting tools.
• Collaborate with team members to make decisions about data conversion and system configuration.
• Share knowledge and expertise to improve internal processes and impact.

• Client focus and passion for quality.
• Strong organization, project, and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with working with databases.
• Previous experience with SQL and ETL tools (preferred).
• Experience in programming and data conversion (plus).
• Professional communication skills and ability to train non‑technical people.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer/client service or consulting (helpful).
