Campus Solutions System Analyst
Reporting to the Director of Student Systems, the Campus Solutions Systems Analyst is an experienced programmer/analyst who works to support the university’s efforts to maintain and enhance the student information system and other student‑related systems.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and configure the People Soft Campus Solutions system and related student‑focused modules such as Campus Community, Admissions, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Student Records, and Student Financials.
- Support and maintain ancillary student systems including Civitas and Twilio.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, People Code, reports, data interfaces, and data process automations.
- Provide professional customer service and support to colleagues and university constituents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve the student experience.
- Adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and project requirements.
- Operate as a remote employee from home while maintaining a standard business hours schedule to support constituents.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, preferably within higher education.
- Proven experience supporting Student Information System (SIS) administration with hands‑on experience using People Soft Campus Solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals, preferably Oracle.
- Experience with SQL, People Code, and Fluid technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
