Protel PMS und Software Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our protel product range via phone and email.
• Take responsibility for and coordinate customer inquiries.
• Leverage hotel industry experience and newly acquired IT knowledge.
• Communicate clearly and friendly by phone and email, even in stressful situations.
• Collaborate effectively within the support team.

• Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products).
• Experience in hotel front and back office operations.
• Basic understanding of business administration in accounting.
• Strong IT affinity.
• Proficiency in German and good English skills;
  French and/or Italian are important.

• Regular working hours:
  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m.
• Five weeks of vacation.
• Time off on national and cantonal holidays.
• Option to work from home after approximately 6 months of training.
