Earned & Owned Media Specialist responsible for strategically supporting new and existing Local SEO campaigns, managing campaigns across listing platforms and Google Business Profile, handling optimizations, reporting, and renewals.

• Campaign Management: manage Local SEO campaigns ensuring activation, optimization, and monitoring.
• Task Management: maintain an organized task queue within , demonstrating proactive time and workload management.
• Client & Partner Communication: provide clear, consistent communication regarding deliverables and performance; participate in calls as needed.
• Billing & Renewal Support: ensure billing accuracy, track allocations and product details, assist renewal processes with insights.
• Learning & Development: engage in training to strengthen SEO knowledge and platform expertise, staying updated on industry best practices.
• Departmental Alignment: support team initiatives and project tasks, contributing to departmental goals.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, SEO, analytics, or advertising operations.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, listings management tools, SEMrush, or other keyword planning tools.
• Experience in a client-facing or account management role at a digital company is preferred.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and teams at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, proficient in project management tools like
• High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred to be near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. Team members must live and work in the United States (territories excluded) and have reliable high-speed internet.

Salaried at $55,000 annually with bonuses tied to campaign volume and successful execution, targeting a total annual compensation range of $70,000 ‑ $80,000.
