Scrum Master​/Agile Coach

Stratfield is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile technical project management and product leadership, as well as strong experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

This is a 9-month contract role with likely extensions, that will be remote. W2 only, sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket creation, backlog grooming, and dependency coordination.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client stakeholders.
• Drive data-driven delivery and demo readiness.
• Foster team collaboration and lead by influence.
• Act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with mobile application development is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in product development or innovative delivery environments.
