• Design and develop AI features that enhance customer workflows in tax and accounting

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a Master's degree with comparable experience
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems for commercial applications
• Management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with large language models and innovative solutions for real-world problems
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills

• Experience with information retrieval in complex domains, such as taxonomy induction and document understanding
• Knowledge of AI agent evaluation and language model training
• Relevant publications in leading AI and machine learning conferences
