Job Summary

Seeking a Systems Administrator with SQL DBA experience for a 100% remote position, with quarterly visits to Ft. Wayne. This junior-level role requires approximately 3 years of experience and supports the Dev Ops Architect.

Must‑Haves

Windows Server administration (primarily Windows, some Redhat Linux)
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams)
Storage SANs
Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy
VMware experience
Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) solutions (Veeam, QNAP), including backup and replication
SQL Server

SQL DBA Functions

Database optimization and tuning
Query optimization
Indexing
Clustering
High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR)
Automation
Configuration Management
Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible
Scripting languages (Python, JS, Power Shell, etc.)

Additional Responsibilities

Handle tasks related to the core skill areas.
Assist with daily administrative tasks due to current team overload.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position. The role is based out of Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid work model. 100% remote with quarterly visits to Ft. Wayne.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $ per year.
