Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns at Baires Dev
We operate at the frontier of technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing. In this role, you’ll deploy innovative experiments and collaborate with cross-discipline teammates. It’s a unique opportunity to grow in a highly impactful team that drives over 8‑figure revenue each year.
Responsibilities- Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Proactively research data and trends to devise new strategies and technologies.
- Build and optimize prompt‑based mass messages.
- Lead human and AI‑based quality assurance systems to minimise campaign errors.
- Document new projects and existing processes properly.
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‑based systems.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
- Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
- Work‑from‑home hardware set‑up.
