We are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect with deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management to lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable asset lifecycle solutions. The person will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust Service Now platform capabilities. This role requires strong techno-functional knowledge, architectural governance, and the ability to drive best practices across implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Architecture & Design Define end-to-end architecture for EAM implementations on Service Now.
- Provide design guidance for asset lifecycle including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, depreciation, transfer, and retirement.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards. Produce HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, and data models.
- EAM Implementation Leadership Lead implementation of asset hierarchies, models, classes, and CI relationships.
- Design preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks.
- Architect inventory, warehouse, and stockroom capabilities.
- Establish asset tracking, audits, and compliance controls.
- Drive mobility, workspace, and user experience strategy for asset operations.
- Stakeholder & Governance Run discovery workshops and provide advisory to business teams.
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, and engineering.
- Review and approve technical solutions from developers.
- Define platform standards, code quality practices, and release governance.
- Integration & Data Strategy Architect integrations with ERP, procurement, finance, HR, and monitoring systems.
- Define data migration, normalization, and reconciliation strategies.
- Ensure CMDB alignment where assets and CIs intersect.
- Leadership Mentor developers and administrators.
- Drive estimation, planning, and roadmap discussions.
- Support pre-sales, solution demos, and RFP responses if needed.
- Strong hands-on architecture experience in Service Now EAM.
- Proven expertise in asset lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, CMDB dependencies, and service mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, automation, and platform capabilities.
- Experience in performance optimization and scalable design.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Preferred / Good to Have Experience with Service Now Hardware Asset Management or Service Now Software Asset Management.
- Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management processes.
- Knowledge of financial management or depreciation models.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments.
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-EAM or related).
- Experience in regulated industries.
