* Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across e-commerce experiences, including product detail pages, category pages, checkout, and navigation elements.
* Conduct acceptance testing to validate experiment functionality.
* Submit and manage tracking requests to ensure data is captured accurately.
* Build dashboards to monitor active tests and track performance metrics such as conversion rate, funnel progression, and on-page interactions.
* Create documentation for test results and communicate with external stakeholders to inform site updates and future testing.
* Leverage customer behavior data, analytics insights, and user experience (UX) best practices to inform future test ideas and optimization opportunities.###

Physical Requirements
* Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
* Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
* Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
* Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.## Qualifications### Experience The candidate must possess the following qualities:
