Responsibilities:

- Coordinate telehealth appointments and schedules for clients
- Communicate with healthcare providers and clients to ensure smooth and timely appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during telehealth appointments
- Assist with training and onboarding of new telehealth providers
- Collaborate with team members to improve telehealth processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with telehealth technology and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare providers
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in telehealth coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
