Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to support testing efforts across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce business processes. Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows
- Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews
- Ensure overall system quality and data integrity
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes
- Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Exposure to test automation (not mandatory)
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce certifications
