Remote Azure DevOps Engineer

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Azure Dev Ops Engineer to support a commercial client of ours on a 9am-5pm est schedule in Baltimore, MD.

This person will set up and manage cloud systems in Azure and AKS, making sure they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. They’ll also automate tasks and build simple pipelines that deploy both apps and infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years technical expertise in cloud engineering
• 5+ years designing, deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters within AKS (YAML, HELM)
• Experience designing scalable Azure solutions while keeping costs low and performance high
• Experience with Azure CLI, Power Shell/Azure Power Shell for automation, provisioning and configuration
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub and ADZO pipelines
• Experience building and managing pipelines in Azure Dev Ops to automatically deploy both infrastructure and applications
• Certifications:
  
  Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure Architect, Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, MCSE, Security
• Experience with Terraform
• Bash experience
• Energy industry experience
• Managed Cloud Provider (MCP) background
