Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable Service Now solutions. This role will focus on customer-facing applications, enterprise integrations, and establishing platform best practices to ensure long-term success and performance.
- Architect and design end-to-end Service Now solutions aligned with business and IT strategies
- Lead the implementation of customer-facing applications (e.g., Customer Service Management, portals, custom apps)
- Define and enforce Service Now architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Design and oversee integrations between Service Now and external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Guide development teams on platform capabilities, configurations, and customizations
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Optimize platform usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience
Stay current with Service Now releases, features, and industry trends

- 8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years on the Service Now platform
- Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or other customer-facing Service Now applications
- Proven experience as a Service Now Architect, but also willing to handle hands-on development
- CSA Certification (System Admin)
- Experience building custom applications in Service Now
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
- Experience establishing and enforcing development standards and best practices
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and enterprise architecture principles
- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, or custom application development
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
