A staffing agency is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier I support for my Colorado customers. This 100% remote position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or support role. Responsibilities include resolving software and hardware issues, managing support tickets, and communicating with users. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree and strong customer service skills.
The working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, accommodating up to 40 hours per week.
