Our client, a well-known financial technology company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Technical Program Manager. This role is fully remote!

* This is a 5 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*

In this role, you will be leading datacenter decommissioning efforts, launching new datacenters and P2 retirement projects. You will be working closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to align on project goals and timelines.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the launch of new data centers by coordinating logistics, equipment deployment and configuration
• Implement comprehensive reporting on project progress, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies to ensure milestones are met on time
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency on project health and addressing any issues promptly
• Ensuring safe and efficient shutdown and removal of hardware

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role within datacenter operations
• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud environments
• Experience with Jira

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background in infrastructure related projects
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar domain
