Job Description
Our Healthcare Insurance client is hiring an AI Solutions Architect / AI Program Manager for a 1 year remote work from home contract to hire opportunity. Our client is a large national healthcare insurance company.
We are establishing a new Solution Engineering & Architecture team to serve as a shared service and AI Center of Excellence across our Technology Organization. Their mission is to embed advanced AI Solutions into key business units such as Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Clinical. We are in the process of identifying the right use cases and building an intake process and create a refined backlog.
Our goal is to build Agentic Workflows and Platforms across each business unit. We have a team of 4 AI Engineers and growing!

- 3+ years as a AI Program Manager and Solutions Architect
- 3+ years as a Lead of AI Engineers & AWS Cloud Solutions Architects
- Strong Technical understanding of AI Engineering
- Experience with Confluence
- Data Analysis
- Power App, Power Automate & BI Reporting Healthcare Insurance Industry Experience
