We prefer candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our corporate offices in Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida
. However, we will consider remote candidates located in other U.S. states for the right individual.

As part of our hiring and security protocols, candidates hired into fully remote roles are required to participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to their first day of employment.

• Champion the teams to become best-in-class in cloud-based software development while promoting approaches that greatly improve customer experience (abstraction, right-sized capacity and scalability, A/B testing and deployment, simplifying environments, and rapid recovery).
• Leverage an obsession for the customer to lead and maintain a world-class SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Cloud Infrastructure.
• Own the build & deploy lifecycle; drastically reduce build, deploy & rollback times while simultaneously reducing risk and exposure.
• Own the execution, tracking, and delivery of Central Reach’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs), as well as identifying additional KPIs for delivering a first-class platform.
• Help lead the transformation from our legacy infrastructure to a modern scalable service-based system.
• Drive efficiency of scale while preparing our systems to support 10+ times current capacity.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structure.
• Collaborates with security to build reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions that improve our security posture.

• 5-10+ years’ non-trivial, production-level experience in a Dev Ops, software development, or infrastructure engineering role.
• Strong background in Dev Ops, software development, or infrastructure engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and AWS CLI including:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CI/CD pipeline automation and tools.
• 5+ years’ hands-on, production-level experience:
  Docker, Kubernetes, and related orchestration technologies; deploying .NET applications and websites;
  IaC tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform;
  Octopus Deploy or similar;
  Git Hub or similar; scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Power Shell; experience with Atlassian tool stack; experience with monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Passion for building an inclusive engineering operations culture with teams that are eager to learn and deeply curious.
• Proven experience implementing highly secure cloud environments, with a focus on network security; deep understanding of best practices for modern cloud security.

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 USD
