AI Project Manager | Remote

The AI Project Manager at Nuclicore builds software together with customers on our platform by orchestrating our agent teams. You are the human counterpart to the Product Manager, Developer, QA, Sec Ops, Dev Ops and other agents, and you are accountable for turning customer goals into shipped software. Most customers use Nuclicore to build their own software, and sometimes they ask for project support.

When they do, you build alongside the customer, not in isolation. After a joint kickoff, the customer might own the business logic while you take on authentication, infrastructure, or another slice of the application, on the same platform, in the same project. You own the outcome, review what the agents produce, and stay close to customers so they keep building on Nuclicore after you leave the project.

You also work with the founders and Product Director to feed back what we learn into the platform itself.

• Build software together with customers on the Nuclicore platform, managing customer communication throughout every engagement
• Own the outcome, whether you deliver a slice of an application alongside the customer or run a support project end to end
• Orchestrate the agent teams across the project lifecycle and review their output critically
• Engage directly with customers to understand their business, clarify requirements, and make sure they get real value from the platform
• Feed product insight back to the founders and Product Director so that recurring friction becomes platform improvements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in tech or product management where you shipped code or owned implementation
• You do not need to write production code, but you should be able to read it, reason about architecture, and debug applications together with an AI agent
• You do not blindly trust agent output. You test it, challenge it, and ensure what ships meets the standard customers expect
• You are a problem solver who structures ambiguity into clear plans and makes decisions with incomplete information
• You are comfortable handling customer matters that are essential to their business
• Remote, based in Germany
