Neurex AI builds production-grade AI platforms for healthcare providers, payers, and health systems across the US and UK. Our solutions operate inside real clinical and revenue cycle workflows, not in labs or slide decks.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering, customer delivery, and healthcare operations. You will take AI systems from core platform to live production environments, ensuring they deliver measurable, real-world impact.

• Act as the technical bridge between Neurex AI's core engineering teams and customer environments
• Work directly with healthcare operators, IT teams, and leadership to understand workflows and constraints
• Deploy, configure, and customize AI solutions within EHR, RCM, and enterprise healthcare systems
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready implementations
• Own deployments end to end, from discovery and design through go-live and post-launch optimization
• Troubleshoot live environments and resolve data, integration, and performance issues
• Support pilots, production rollouts, and expansion across multiple customer sites

• API-based integrations with EHRs, billing systems, and clinical data platforms
• AI-driven workflows for clinical documentation, denials management, and revenue operations
• Secure, HIPAA-aware data pipelines and inference services
• Configuration and deployment tooling tailored to customer environments
• Monitoring, logging, and feedback loops to improve system reliability and outcomes

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on delivery experience
• Comfortable working directly with customers in ambiguous, real-world environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-native systems
• Exposure to healthcare systems such as EHRs, RCM platforms, HL7, or FHIR is a strong plus
• Able to balance speed, reliability, and compliance in regulated environments
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

This role is primarily based in India and can be performed remotely. You will collaborate closely with Neurex AI's leadership, engineering, and customer teams in New Jersey and across the United States.

Regular overlap with US time zones is expected to support deployments, customer interactions, and cross-functional execution.
