Team Logic IT of Northeast Massachusetts is seeking a Remote Services - Tier 3 technician to provide expert IT support with responsibilities including escalation for complex technical issues and resolving network and firewall configurations. A strong background in Windows Server and excellent communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a blend of remote and in-office work, bringing 5 years of IT experience, particularly within a Managed Service Provider environment. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
