Job Title: Service Now Dev Ops Technical Consultant (Contract – Remote)

Certification:
Service Now Certification is mandatory (preferably Service Now Certified System Administrator and/or Dev Ops Engineer)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Dev Ops Technical Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Service Now Dev Ops solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Service Now platform development, Dev Ops integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
You will work closely with development, operations, and release teams to automate and streamline software delivery processes using Service Now Dev Ops modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Service Now Dev Ops modules
- Integrate Service Now with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Git Lab)
- Design and support Dev Ops pipelines within Service Now
- Work on change, release, and deployment automation processes
- Develop and maintain Service Now scripts, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Service Now platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Dev Ops best practices and governance
- Provide technical documentation and support
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now platform
- Experience in Service Now Dev Ops module
- Knowledge of ITSM, Change Management, and Release Management
- Experience integrating Service Now with CI/CD tools
- Understanding of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Active Service Now Certification (CSA or Dev Ops-related certification)
- Proven experience in Service Now Dev Ops implementation or support
- Availability for remote contract work
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring systems
- ITIL knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently in remote setup
- Good collaboration with distributed teams
