Systems Administrator w​/IAM Expert "Hybrid

Job Description Must Have

• A Systems Administrator who can be familiar with governance policies and apply those to practical applications with the client's infrastructure is built.
• Needs to be familiar with Azure, Entra
  
  ID, virtual servers, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Defender.

• This position is an on-site position with possible partial remote work if approved by the department head.
• Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, with very minimal weekend work as an exception.
• This position is part of the deployment roster, (currently on Tuesdays at 8 PM) if needed, otherwise on call during the deployment time.
• The position is part of the emergency on-call rotation.

• 5+ years of combined business, project management, team leadership, and IT experience.
• Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management.
• Ability to act as a liaison between lines of business and the development team, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance and quality principles.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively interact with senior-level managers to reach forward progress decisions.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio and Azure Dev Ops.
• Highly proficient in technical writing capabilities and data visualization.
