Senior Solutions Consultant – Healthcare

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to support the continued growth of the Omnissa Solutions Architecture presales team with a focus on the Healthcare industry. The role involves evangelizing Omnissa business value, technical benefits, and delivering custom solutions to senior-level business and technology decision makers.

• Engage with healthcare clients at many levels (Solution Architects, VPs, Directors of IT, Technical Administrators) building relationships and evangelizing Omnissa solutions.
• Participate in pre‑sales efforts including technical sales presentations, architecture design discussions, proof‑of‑concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
• Analyze customers’ business and technology objectives to gather information that enables the sales team to be more effective and responsive.
• Craft and propose custom solutions that differentiate Omnissa software and services, meeting customers’ requirements and objectives.
• Develop in‑depth technical knowledge of Omnissa and domain expertise.
• Assume the role of an advisory team leader, organizing a team of domain authorities, collaborating on issues, solutions, and industry trends.

• 4+ years of technical pre‑sales and/or consulting experience or equivalent.
• Experience with server administration and configuration (e.g., Windows Web Server, Active Directory, Okta, Entra ).
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Design.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to build and present high‑quality product demonstrations.
• Strong listening, reasoning, and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Self‑starter with excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry (EMRs, security, administration, end‑user computing).
• Flexible travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong background in desktop virtualization (VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft RDS).
• Track record with mobile technologies (Air Watch, Mobile Iron, Microsoft, Citrix).
• Experience configuring and deploying mobile device platforms.
• Experience with identity and access management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop OS and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management.
• Windows Enterprise Administration.

Mid Atlantic/North East – Remote

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Eligible for commission;
On‑Target Earnings range: USD $149,550 - $249,250. Benefits include employee ownership, health insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid‑time off, growth opportunities.
