Senior Customer Success Engineer; Hybrid or Remote

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer (hybrid or remote) who is passionate about improving healthcare. The role involves solving technical problems, advising customers, and providing product feedback to the R&D team. Compensation includes a salary of $95,000‑$100,000, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Assist other Customer Success Engineers with investigations and code fixes to keep customers satisfied.
• Facilitate new customer implementations or device integrations using standardized plans and custom problem‑solving.
• Respond promptly to issues from sleep technicians or physicians, delivering compassionate updates.
• Investigate, identify, and document root causes of problems, plan solutions, and collaborate with engineering to release relevant code.
• Meet with clinician end‑users to review feedback and apply configuration changes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain >99% successful study‑scoring throughput through error reporting, system monitoring, and testing processes.

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer support roles such as customer support engineer, sales/solutions engineer, technical services, hospital clinical engineering, or clinician providing support.
• 3+ years in a healthcare or healthcare‑adjacent position.
• Experience writing and reading software in one or more programming languages, including coursework, bootcamp completion, or professional on‑the‑job experience.
• Practical experience with APIs (e.g., delivering API products or handling API escalations).
• Ability to ask technical questions of non‑technical end‑users, translate their feedback into required changes, and communicate timelines.
• Proven skill in triaging customer needs and handing off complex tickets to Product Development.
• Confidence in distinguishing technical priorities and aligning them with departmental, product, or company strategy.
• Project management interest strongly desired; PMP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the calendar year.
