- Accept constructive feedback from peer reviews and be prepared to redo work or adopt alternative approaches as needed.
- Possess extensive experience with animations, as our sites rely on strategically placed animations to enhance user engagement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in Word Press development.
- Preferred experience in PHP, React, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, and Postgre
SQL. - Experience with Elementor Pro.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver robust and high-quality Word Press solutions within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Word Press development certification or equivalent.
