Compucom Staffing is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist for a remote contract-to-hire position.
Duties and Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Build and manage learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, and leadership development
- Administer and maintain LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Percipio), including course setup, user management, and learning paths
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective solutions
- Analyze learning data and generate reports to measure effectiveness, engagement, and ROI
- Create dashboards and provide insights to improve learning outcomes and align with business goals
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with adult learning principles
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Instructional Design
- Strong hands‑on experience with Percipio (Skillsoft) and Articulate Storyline/Rise
- Experience administering LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Success Factors)
- Proven ability to design and deliver digital learning solutions
- Experience with learning analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Wage Range
:
The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
